Id like to see Shanahan as the coach, he's got the brains & the talent, but in order to get the job done, He would want (and should have) full control of the team & players (as chocol8 lvr stated). However if things do not pan out, I'd like to see Ralph talk to Bill Cowher about coming out of (coaching) retirement and taking the job, although Ralph would have to dig deeper than an Alabama tic into his bank account to get him ( I know it's only a fantasy dream but hey...) Either way Either coach could take this team and change the now seemingly " a Snowball's chance in Hell" chances of the Bills ever making it into a Superbowl again scenario into a would & probably could be one of the top pre-season picks to go all the way in the future.

Aww - I SURE wish I could help. Would love to catch who did it and put them away if they are not already there. Witness to the crime should be put away to for not doing something other than walking away.
