Rochester, N.Y. – The "Taste of Rochester" event will not be held this year.
The organizers of the food festival known as “Taste of Rochester” contacted City Hall in May to say they would not be holding the event this year, according to spokesman Ted Capuano.
It was originally slated to be held June 24 and 25 on Main Street.
Capuano said organizers are working to re-vamp the event so that it can be held again next year.
