I'm a widow of about 70. My male friend is a widower a few years younger with a 30 year old son still at home. Am I delusional to think I can have a live-in life with my friend, while he enables his son's problems and cannot seem to make the break with him? His other two children are out and on their own. The son works, but is not able to drive at present. Without going into more detail, I think you get the idea. I've been seeing this fellow four years and really like him, but he's not much into talking about what to do about the boy.
