If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a guest on 13 WHAM News This Morning, here’s your chance to find out.

At home, you see the anchors sit at the desk, chat a bit, toss to Marty for Weather.

Come in as a guest and it’s a totally different scene. Phones are ringing; the scanners are buzzing with chatter; photographers, editors, producers running from the studio to the control room to the edit bays and back. If you’re a guest that morning, you see it all from the conference table in the newsroom.

And when it’s your turn to go on, you become a part of it. Follow the associate producer down the hall to the studio and you’re up next.

But then you get it. It may look out of control from the outside, but it’s really not. It’s all part of the excitement of live TV.

If there was any guest built for the fast-paced shuffle of the morning show, it was Chance, a mini horse who recently came by with the Wildlife Defenders. Visit the morning show with them in this Behind the Scenes video
