Perez says, "We have also filed a court motion to address other legacy costs, such as U.S. retiree benefits. This motion contains our request to discontinue certain retiree medical benefits in alignment with our intent to preserve core benefits for the retirees affected. These benefits decisions are difficult, . . ." Oh, yes, difficult not to vomit from the lie that he just told. Those benefits were *promised* to retirees as a condition for their retirement. Now he just abrogates that promise and crows to the stockholders about what a good manager (????) he is. In effect he is shoving 16,000 retirees over the side of the boat to drown while telling his stockholders that now their end of the boat is riding higher and "what a good boy I am". He's not a manager, he's a dictator.

Petez has been lying for years. I cannot believe he is still on the job. He needs to be in jail for a breach of duty and all the BOD members that have supported him. Come on, one billon buyback just a few years ago after losses in every quarter. This is pathetic.
