Wilson should be in a nursing home & Jauron should be his caretaker! T.O. has lost interest in this whole outfit but you can't blame him, he can't throw passes to himself! The QB's are awful!!!

There will not be any chance of a Bills revival as long as the current owner controls the team. If you wanted to write a book on how NOT to manage an NFL team, the Bills would be a perfect reference.

Mike: No use bashing the Bills or for that matter, the Coach. Bottom line in any Business Venture, when it's in trouble, serious trouble, changes "HAVE" to be made. In the Bills case, upgrading within the organization is a waste of time and would only be a cosmetic change. Sorry, but the "Entire" Coaching staff needs replaced....removed....sent elsewhere, and done now, immediately, regardless of where we are in the season. To allow this to go on is like letting a seriously wounded animal suffer when it is inevitable it's terminal.

The Bill's are a joke, the whole front offfice should go, and bring in someone who knows how to build a good team and then a coach to run things, they just have NO talent on offense.

How do the Bills turn things around? Get a new owner willing to hire competent people. The owner should not be making decisions about players. Ralph obviously has no clue.

I think that the first thing is to fire Jauron.. NOW !! . The rest of the AFC East is not that far ahead..except for the patriots...and close behind the dolphins.BUT, we could still have a winning season...don't see playoffs... but get some discipline.. kick TO in the ass or wave him, dump him ... and get some cohesiveness back to the team and players

I had no misconceptions that the Bills were going to win yesterday. I think their defense and special teams are doing great. They need help on offense big time! Play calling is horrible! Discipline is mediocre at best. T.O. needs to step it up and be the player they signed up. If the QB had more time to practice with T.O. they might even connect a few times (I know I’m dreaming). Just when I think they are going to turn things around, they don’t. It’s almost as if they don’t want to win, goes back to the discipline problem again. But I will keep watching the Bills, I’m an optimist.

I think that saying they have little hope is being too optimistic

1. Fire the coach and his staff and spend some $$ to bring in a proven winner and coaching staff. 2. Trade for or buy a proven quarterback and other quality players at key positions. 3. Sell the franchise to an entity that will keep it in Buffalo long term and cut out the Toronto rumors.

It is time for Jauron to stop the "Mr. Rodgers" approach to coaching. A coach has to motivate the team not baby them. These guys are overpaid pampered babies. It is time, actually too late this year, to be an SOB and make the team play. There is some talent there, they just don't care to try....they get the same pampering and paychech for being lousy.
