Give me strength! Broadway in Farmington?! Westfall Road?! Ridgeway and Long Pond?! Get real RBTL. You will be out of business in a broadway minute.

We'll be watching the Auditorium and what the RBTL does with it. That'll be their legacy.

Actually. Something quite nice could be done downtown with several other sites including the just sold armory site. Would be a great space to put housing and theatre in. RBTL does not hold the only card in this game. Remember most broadway shows are not held in the most modern of spaces.
