Rochester, N.Y. - A rally against domestic violence brought out hundreds of students and faculty Tuesday night at the College at Brockport.
"Take Back the Night" coincides with Domestic Violence Awareness month.
It also follows the murder of freshman Alexandra Kogut in her dorm room in September.
Her boyfriend is charged in her beating death.
Her boyfriend, Clayton Whittemore, says he beat her to death with his fists and a curling iron.
