Rochester Professor Named Best in the U.S.

Rochester, N.Y. - One Rochester college can boast of having one of the best professors in the country.

Todd Pagano, of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at RIT, has been named U.S. Professor of the Year by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.

Pagano, who has been teaching chemistry at the school for the last ten years, was selected from more than 300 professors.

The Victor native and Gates resident is being honored Thursday in Washington D.C.
