St. Bonaventure University and WHAM-TV invited Rochester-area high school teachers to involve their students in producing a video story in television news format about something great that is happening in their schools.

Now it’s time for you to vote for your favorite story. The top 3 vote getters and 2 "sponsors' discretion" entries will move on to the finals be judged by area media and communication professionals.

Voting ends December 11.

Prizes

Saint Bonaventure UniversityAll finalists, their parents and families, as well as school representatives will be invited to a reception where the grand prize winner will be announced. The prizes are as follows:

First Prize: $2,500 cash prize for the school; $1,500 St. Bonaventure Scholarship for all Team Members (Max 3); Design-your-own Flip Mino HD Cameras for all team members (Max 3); story gets to be re-produced by professional news crew from WHAM and aired on the news -- with a student reporter being given "WHAM special assignment reporter" status that night.

Second Prize: Ipod Touch devices for all team members (max 3)
Third Prize: Flip Ultra Cameras for all team members (max 3)
Fourth Prize: $50 Gift cards for all team members (max. 3)
Fifth Prize: $25 Gift cards for all team members (max. 3)
