Rochester, N.Y. -- The man police found dead in the driveway of a vacant house Saturday afternoon has been identified as Matthew SanFilippo of Gates, according to the Rochester Police Department.
Officers were called to Orchard Street for a report of shots fired around 1:30 p.m. December 31. They said SanFilippo, 53, was dead when they arrived.
The cause of death has not been released.
Police are looking for suspects.
