Ingredients10 hardboiled eggs, cut lengthwise, and yolks removed
3 Tbls. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
½ tsp. White pepper
½ Tbl. Yellow mustard
1 Tbl. Slammin’ Hot Sauce
Pinch paprika
Crabmeat salad (see below).
1. Mix egg yolks well with all ingredients, except paprika and Crabmeat Salad.
2. Fill each white with mixture.
3. Top with dollop of crabmeat salad.
4. Sprinkle paprika for garnish

2 Cups Crabmeat
1 Tbl. Red Onion, finely chopped
1 Tbl. Red & Green Peppers, finely chopped
1 Tbl. Green Onion (scallion), finely chopped
3 Tbls. Lemon-favored oil, finely chopped
