Summer Potato Salad with Brats

Brats in Beer

Summer Potato Salad
Yukon Gold potatoes
Fresh Green Beans, cleaned
Celery heart, chopped
½ Red Onion, chopped
Fresh Herbs such as Dill, Garlic chive, save stems
Equal parts of mayonnaise and sour cream
Dijon Mustard to taste.
1. Quarter potatoes. Cook in boiled water, about 10 minutes, until tender.
2. Cut on diagonal Blanch green beans, about a minute or so in boiling water.
3. Add all ingredients.
5. Mix well.
6. Chill and serve.

Bratwurst

Favorite brats
Can/bottle beer
Herb stems  

1. Place brats in pan with can of beer and stems. Cover and place pan on grill.
2. After cooking about five minutes, grill as usual.

Tip: Get exotic wood from the neighborhood and add it to charcoal to help flavor the brats.
