Rochester, N.Y. - Fans bought every seat in the house for Eastman Theater Jazz Festival opener Diana Krall's 8 p.m. Friday show.
The sounds of many artists will be heard all over the city as the
Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival gets underway.
Crews put the last minute touches on the festival site Thursday night at Main and Gibbs Streets. For this week, Gibbs will be “Jazz Street.”
A lot of the music is free and can be heard in the streets where tables, chairs, and vendors are set up ahead of time.
The lineup is impressive for this festival which grows by leaps every year.
