Financial security is a goal many of us have but struggle to achieve. Many of you have lost a job and have remained unemployed for a long while. Perhaps you've lost your home due to foreclosure or are struggling under a mountain of credit card debt. There is help available from a relatively new source in our community. We'll hear from ClearPoint Credit Counseling. 

September was Suicide Prevention Month. Now, more than ever, there are efforts to catch the early warning signs especially in young people including children and adolescents.  The Mental Health Association dealt with this issue head-on in a pair of recent seminars.

"Many Voices, Many Visions" is a multicultural public affairs program airing on 13WHAM-TV Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. The show explores our community's diversity in terms of race, ethnicity, creed, age, gender, gender orientation and ability. Teachers are invited to tape the programs for educational use. Each week the original "Many Voices, Many Visions" theme song is performed by different Rochester community members. Student performances are welcome.
