October is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender History month across the United States. In Rochester, the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley is marking the month with a number of events and efforts aimed at making our community a safer and more enlightened place for LGBT residents. The organization has been vocal about proposals to overhaul healthcare in the U-S and now its issued a report on the health of Latinos and African Americans. We'll find out what health care problems each group faces.
