The Rochester High Falls International Film Festival begins May 13th and goes through May 18th.  It celebrates the role of women in media and what better place to celebrate both women and media than Rochester—the birthplace of motion picture film and the women’s rights movement?

Plus, the words "single payer healthcare" have been in the news a lot recently.  The federal government is meeting with health insurers to pave the way for a plan that would cover millions of uninsured or under insured Americans.  We will hear from a group that supports a universal plan.  It's the topic of a town hall meeting on Saturday, May 30th.
