The road to parenthood is one easily traveled by many, but for some there are detours along the way. My guests today are from the organization, Parenthood For Me, which provides financial and emotional help for people who decide to blaze their own path to a family through adoption and medical intervention. In the short year since they started, this group is almost ready to being awarding their first grants to couples!

Conductor Felipe Hidalgo is visiting Rochester from Santiago, Chile at the invitation of the University of Rochester Orchestra. He’s worked with orchestras from around the world but his focus is on working with children in Chile. His visit to Rochester is part of a cultural exchange that's enriching all of those who take part in it.
