The Reverend James Rice Memorial Essay Contest

This week we meet two students who recently won an essay contest dealing with the topic of bridging our cultural differences. It’s a contest that honors the legacy of the Reverend James A. Rice.  We’ll find out who we was and hear excerpts of the winning essays.

Plus, there’s a new film series in town.  It’s called ‘The Reel Mind’ and it’s about mental illness. Find out how filmmakers interpret the experience of people who deal with mental illness and work to live a productive life.
