The race riots of the 1960's and 70's were the peak of racial unrest in our country and a turning point in the history of Rochester. The University of Rochester is launching the "Rochester Black Freedom Struggle Oral History Project".  Local community leaders share their perspective on what life what like in Rochester back then.  Visitors to the site will be able to read and listen to stories of activists who left an indelible print on the fight for equal rights.

Also, on the heels of the success of Slumdog Millionaire, local Indian dancers will stage a Bollywood style musical.  Curious as to what Bollywood is?  Then make sure you don't miss this performance!
