Perhaps you've opened up the Democrat and Chronicle recently and seen something called, "Unite Rochester". It's a project that seeks to start conversations throughout our community about race, ethnicity, and economic disaparities. Unite Rochester has already gotten people talking both in person and on social media. During this broadcast, the Democrat and Chronicle's Social Media Manager and Editor of Community Partnerships join us to share how it's hoped Unite Rochester will live up to its name.

Plus, disagreement can often escalate into violence and we've seen that played out here in Rochester. For more than 40 years, The Center For Dispute Settlement has worked to peacefully resolve conflict. Sherry Walker-Cowart, the agency's CEO and President joins us in studio.
