It is said that leaders are born, not made. However, could the reverse also be true? The United Way of Greater Rochester wants to develop future leaders. Its African American and Latino Leadership Development Programs are now recruiting participants for 2009. AALDP and HLDP help build upon participants' strengths to help them become active members of community organizations.
