Jeff Najder first interned at 13WHAM during the summer of 2005. He was then hired in the fall of 2005 as a part time morning meteorologist using his skills behind the scenes.
Jeff worked the grueling early morning hours between 3-7 AM for almost 5 years. Jeff never had any intention of working in broadcasting, but after working at the station he developed an interest towards on air broadcasting.
Throughout 2010, Jeff first worked his way on the air as a fill-in meteorologist. As of recent, Jeff can been seen twice a week on 13 WHAM News Midday, as well as filling in for other on air shifts when needed.
Jeff was raised in Hilton, NY, and holds a Bachelor degree in Meteorology from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time out on Lake Ontario in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, and bike riding and running in between.
