Marcia’s Shopping Rules:

• Plan your shopping trip by reading the weekly sales flyer first
• Know the full retail price of products you buy regularly so you know a good price
• Stock up when you find a great deal
• Use store and manufacturer coupons on one product to save more
• Buy the smallest size product to reduce out-of-pocket expense
• Don’t use a coupon if another brand is still cheaper, even without a coupon
• Order more coupons from The Coupon Clippers when you find a good sale
• Get help spotting deals from Refund Cents 
• Sign up for store bonus cards and e-mail deals online 
• Look for rebates on store displays
• Watch for "Try Me Free" offers on product packaging
