(AP) - Just in time for one of the biggest traveling days of the year, there's some recall news for parents of babies.
KidCo Inc. is recalling about 220,000 PeaPod and PeaPod Plus Travel Beds after reports that one 5 month old died and nine others got stuck inside the portable sleep tents, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Friday.
KidCo is offering kits to address the hazard.
The kits include supports that strengthen the sides of the tent and a thinner air mattress. KidCo president Ken Kaiser says the kits prevent the pocket from forming.
