USA – Nationwide - After an overwhelming response to its program offering free haircuts for kids, J.C. Penney is making the offer permanent.
Free haircuts will be offered every Sunday starting November 4.
J.C. Penny indicated that more than 1.5 million children received free haircuts last month.
This decision comes as the company grapples with two straight quarters of losses and severe sales drops.
