Rochester, N.Y. - New to the menu at McDonald's restaurants across the county, calorie counts.
Starting Monday, September 17th - the restaurant will begin telling diners how many calories are in its Big Macs (550) and french fries (500 for a large size).
The calorie information will be posted on its restaurant and drive-thru menus nationwide.
The move comes ahead of a regulation that could require major chains to post the information as early as next year.
