Rochester, N.Y. - Many Time Warner internet customers will soon be paying more.
Starting November 1, Time Warner will charge about four dollars a month to lease its cable modem.
Customers will have the option of buying their own.
Time Warner will provide a list of approved models that are compatible with its system.
