(13WHAM-TV) - Stock up while you can, 75-watt incandescent light bulbs will soon be a thing of the past.
Federal law required companies to stop making them Tuesday.
It comes one year after manufacturing of 100-watt bulbs ended.
The federal government has been pushing for the gradual phase-out of incandescent bulbs.
They are being replaced with compact fluorescent bulbs and LED lighting.
