Washington D.C. - Get ready to pay a penny more to mail your letters and postcards.
Starting Sunday it will cost 46 cents to send a letter, and 33 cents for a postcard.
"Forever" stamps sold before the increase will still be accepted without having to pay the difference.
The last price adjustment took effect one year ago this week, and was also a one cent increase.
