New York, N.Y. – At a hearing Wednesday in bankruptcy court in New York City, a judge resolved several issues for Kodak.

Among the list of rulings, Judge Allan Gropper approved Kodak’s request to end its naming rights contract with CIM/H&H Media for Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.

Gropper did, however, leave open the possibility of the name remaining past the Oscars on Feb. 26.

Gropper also approved the Debtor-In-Possession (DIP) loan agreement between Kodak and Citigroup, which provides Kodak will $950 million.

Most of the motions involving Kodak and creditors seeking money were resolved before the hearing.

Kodak filed for bankruptcy on January 19.
