Rochester, N.Y. - Important motions were approved in Kodak’s second court hearing, according to an email addressed to “All U.S. Kodak Employees” on Thursday.
The document stated: “The court gave final approval for our motion to pay certain reimbursable expenses, to honor employee medical and other benefits, and to continue employee benefit programs…that includes the court's approval for honoring accrued vacation and commissions.”
The Kodak email stated that the court approved a revised agreement, and its debtor-in-possession financing is completed.
“We are seeing goods and raw material flowing largely without interruption,” the email stated.
