Rochester, N.Y. – The online Kodak Picture Gallery goes dark Monday.
Shutterfly bought the photo website for $24 million.
Shutterfly promised that five billion Kodak Gallery photos will be moved to Shutterfly by July 2.
Shutterfly's stock climbed after it emerged as the sole bidder for Eastman Kodak's online photo services.
