Rochester, N.Y. - Kodak is asking a federal bankruptcy judge to approve the transfer of its Times Square billboard lease to another company.
In documents filed with the court, Kodak has asked Orange Barrel Media for a payment of $3.7 million to take over its contract.
A judge will hear the motion April 16 in New York.
Kodak filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy January 19.
