Rochester, N.Y. – A second Kodak worker has filed a lawsuit against CEO Antonio Perez, the board of directors and retirement plan administrators.
The lawsuit, which is seeking class action status, claims Kodak managers are responsible for the stock taking a nosedive, hurting employees who purchased stock in savings and retirement plans.
The lawsuit was filed last week in federal court. The Kodak worker is Thomas Greenwood. A
similar lawsuit was filed the week before. Kodak said that lawsuit is without merit.
Kodak filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on January 19.
