Washington, DC - Kodak may have lost its latest patent lawsuit against Apple and RIM.
An International Trade Commission judge said that Apple and RIM did not infringe a Kodak patent for digital camera phones.
The judge ruled that Apple and RIM did infringe upon a section of the patent in question, but that was also ruled invalid for obviousness, another defeat for Kodak.
The entire six-member panel of ITC Commissioners will now review the decision.
The panel could accept, reject or modify the judge's decision.
If the decision is reviewed, a final ruling will be announced by September 21.
