Rochester, N.Y. -- Kodak could announce the sale of its photo site to Shutterfly as early as Wednesday.
Shutterfly made a bid for the Kodak Gallery website in March - and no other bidders have come forward.
Meanwhile, Kodak will return to bankruptcy court early next week.
A judge will hear arguments on Kodak's plan to pay $13.5 million in bonuses to persuade certain employees to stay with the company.
