(Rochester, N.Y.) -- At their meeting on Tuesday, Rochester City Council approved an $800,000 contract with LaBella Associates to oversee the Midtown Plaza redevelopment project.
LaBella will be in charge of creating a master plan and conducting an environmental review by the end of the year.
Public meetings and input are part of that process.
