(Rochester, N.Y.) -- At its meeting Tuesday night, the Rochester City Council approved three major projects in the city:

  • The sale of three parcels of land to ESL. The company is moving its headquarters downtown.

  • Funding to help tenants at Midtown Plaza relocate and let the city acquire the property to allow for the building of PAETEC's world headquarters.

  • The lease of PAETEC Park to Adirondack Sports, the new owner of the Rochester Rhinos.

ESL headquarters, PAETEC's world headquarters, and PAETEC Park and the Rochester Rhinos. I really don't understand why or how any of these will effect the average City Resident. ?????
