(Rochester, N.Y.) -- At its meeting Tuesday night, the Rochester City Council approved three major projects in the city:
- The sale of three parcels of land to ESL. The company is moving its headquarters downtown.
- Funding to help tenants at Midtown Plaza relocate and let the city acquire the property to allow for the building of PAETEC's world headquarters.
- The lease of PAETEC Park to Adirondack Sports, the new owner of the Rochester Rhinos.
