(Rochester, N.Y.) -- Every Tuesday, a member of Rochester-area law enforcement spins the CrimeStoppers Wheel of Justice on 13WHAM News This Morning on CW-WHAM.
This week, Joe Stephany of the Monroe County Probation Department spun the Wheel of Justice. It landed on David Mackey, wanted for third-degree rape. Mackey is 40 years old, stands 5’4” and weighs 149 pounds.
Anyone who has any information that can help police is urged to call CrimeStoppers at (585) 423-9300. Callers do not have to identify themselves and could receive a cash reward if their information leads to an arrest.
