It was the day Amy Faus always dreamed of. Her Wedding Day. She and Ryan Faus were married on the lake on Sunday August 19th.

As they honeymooned in Jamaica, the memory cards containing all of their wedding pictures were stolen from their photographers car.

It happened in Highland Park. The photographer was taking pictures for someone else. Thieves broke into her car, stealing her purse and a case containing the memory cards.

Amy's parents waited until she returned from Jamaica to break the news.

"It's just really heartbreaking...you really can't re-create the joy of that day," said Amy Faus. "That's something that's lost with those pictures."

Amy and Ryan moved to New Jersey after they were married. She is earning her Master's Degree. He works in New York City for a music company.

They can't be here to help find the stolen memory cards, but Rochester Police are investigating and have checked local pawn shops.

So far, the cards have not been found. Amy is appealing to whomever took them to please bring them back.

"I don't need to know why it happened. I don't need to know who they are. I just want that back That chance to have that for the rest of my life."

Friends have set up a website and are asking guests who were at the wedding to post pictures, but Amy says it's just not the same. She hopes the memory cards will be returned.
