Seattle, Wash. -- The controversy over the NFL referee lockout was highlighted by two referees who gave opposing signals at the same moment.

The issue came to a head in Monday night's game between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle quarterack Russell Wilson threw a game-winning ‘Hail Mary’ pass that appeared to be intercepted by Green Bay's M.D. Jennings. Seattle wide receiver Golden Tate also had a hand on the ball.

The referees gave conflicting hand signals, but it was eventually ruled a touchdown for Tate and the Seahawks, giving them the win.

Many NFL fans are upset because the officials who ruled it a touchdown weren't "official."
