Greece, N.Y. --- Since 13WHAM News aired this report Wednesday night calls and emails from customers of Northshore Lawncare have been rolling into the newsroom. Many are relaying similar stories about having to “pay in full” for their seasonal snow plow contract only to find that nobody has showed up to plow their driveways.
Wednesday night 13WHAM News informed you that the Better Business Bureau has issued “an alert on Northshore Lawncare” after receiving numerous complaints about service from customers. The BBB has also been unable to contact the company.
13WHAM News made efforts to track down the business and found that two addresses given were no longer used by Northshore Lawncare; one address may not have ever been used by the company.
We’ve also received reliable information that one or more of the men behind Northshore Lawncare have owned and operated related businesses under different names within the last three years. The Better Business Bureau is also investigating this information and the Greece Police Department has received past complaints from residents about the business.
