Greece, N.Y. - Bill Tschorke says it's just wrong to walk outside and see American flags flying upside down.
Tschorke says it's a sign of distress but tells us that the neighbor flying the flags is not in distress, just distressed about our country.
"He isn't happy with the state of our country which he thinks is in distress."
We did try to speak to the neighbor but he didn't answer his door. He did have several Romney signs and stickers all over his house and front door.
Tschorke says not only are the flags flying upside down but they are also torn, dirty and tattered.
He says, "I'm an American and this is just wrong...I want things done the right way and not the wrong way."
