1 prepared pie shell. Chocolate is best. Can be made or store-bought.
¾ cup powdered sugar
8 ounces (1 package) of room temperature cream cheese
½ cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons (or more if desired) of chopped, roasted peanuts
4 cups heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
In mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter, milk, and chopped nuts.
Make whipped cream by whipping 4 cups of cream and sugar together until you get stiff peaks.
Fold half of this whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
Spoon out the peanut butter / whipped cream mixture into the prepared pie shell.
Put remainder of plain whipped cream on top of pie.
Refrigerate the pie for at least one hour.
- Add chopped nuts to the top
- Layer the pie shell with bananas
- Shave chocolate over top of the whipped cream.
