1 tsp. canola oil
2 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette
1 Tbsp. honey
1 large handfull of spinach & arugula greens
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced thin
Heat oil in saute pan, and add bacon. Render for 30 seconds.
Add balsamic vinaigrette and honey, and whisk to combine. Add the greens and cover for one minute, to allow the greens to wilt.
Place over apple slices, top with goat cheese and pecans. Serve immediately.
