Pet owners should be aware of how important it is to spay and neuter your pets.  If you’re concerned with the cost, check with your local humane society.

They sometimes run tree clinics for spaying and neutering or offer coupons.  Why spay or neuter?

Dog and cats have a higher risk of cancer when their not spayed or neutered. They are more likely to stray from home, be aggressive and urinate in odd places.

It also helps control the high number of unwanted dog and cats who die every year in shelters and on the streets.
