Thursday's preseason opening game between the Buffalo Bills and the Washington Redskins is not sold out and will be blacked out of live television. This decision follows NFL rules that do apply to preseason football. 13WHAM TV will show the game on a taped delayed basis on Friday night at 8 pm.
