Star quarterback Colin Kaepernick will be coming to Rochester this summer. Don't get too excited Bills fans. He will not be at Bills training camp after a trade. Kaepernick has been named the Sports personality of the year by the Rochester Press Radio Club and will be the guest of honor at the annual dinner on June 18th.
After taking over as the 49ers starting quarterback midway through the season, Kaepernick led San Francisco to the Super Bowl where they lost a thriller to the Baltimore Ravens
Tickets for the dinner are $130, with a table of 10 available for a discounted price of $1,250. A limited number of private
“Meet and Greet Colin Kaepernick” packages are available for $675. The package includes two dinner tickets, two 8X10 photographs
with the headliner and a commemorative football signed by Kaepernick. A limited number of VIP reception tickets
are being offered at $230 per person.
