Abby Wambach scored a pair of goals as the US Women's soccer team began their victory tour in Rochester with an 8-0 win over Costa Rica. Playing in front of her hometown crowd, Wambach converted on two of her signature headers to build a 1-0 lead to 3-0 in the first half. The United States team dominated the contest from the start, never getting a serious challenge from an over matched Costa Rican team.
The sold out crowd cheered every move Wambach made before, during and after the match including her post game thank you to the fans who sold out Sahlen's Stadium
